    How it works

    1. Upload labels. Drop or browse for multiple PDF, JPG, or PNG files — or upload a ZIP containing labels.
    2. Preview each file. Use Back / Next to step through your batch. Auto-detect finds the label area; drag the crop box or use Re-detect label area if needed.
    3. Choose preset & fit. Pick 4×6 or 4×8, then Fit, Fill, Actual size, or Custom scale. Use My label is sideways or auto-rotate by filename when labels print rotated.
    4. Check output. Toggle Show output preview to see how each label will look at thermal size before processing.
    5. Download ZIP. Click Process & Download ZIP for print-ready thermal PDFs — one per input file, with your per-file crop and rotation settings applied.

    FAQ

Yes. Any shipping label saved as PDF, JPG, or PNG can be converted — Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Shopify, Walmart, UPS, FedEx, USPS, and others. The tool auto-detects the label area inside oversized 8.5×11 pages.

Yes. Upload a ZIP and Cheat Label extracts supported files (PDF, JPG, PNG) automatically. You can also add individual files alongside a ZIP, or mix both in one batch.

No. All detection, cropping, and PDF generation runs entirely in your browser. Your labels never leave your device.

Yes. Each file keeps its own crop box and rotation. Step through with Back/Next, adjust the crop or fix sideways orientation per file, then process the whole batch — settings are preserved individually.

Fit scales the label down to fit fully inside 4×6 or 4×8 without cropping edges. Fill scales up to cover the full label area and may trim edges. Actual size does not scale — only crops. Custom scale fine-tunes Fit with a slider from 80% to 130%.

Select the file and click My label is sideways to rotate it. For large batches, enable Auto-rotate files with "sideways" / "landscape" in the name to apply rotation automatically during processing. Check Show output preview to confirm orientation before downloading.

PDF inputs preserve vector content when possible, keeping barcodes sharp. Image inputs are rendered at high resolution. Avoid excessive custom scaling that shrinks barcodes below readable size.

Use Batch Thermal Label Fixer when you have many labels or a ZIP to convert at once. Use the single Thermal Label Fixer for one file with extra options like SVG upload and deeper per-label tweaking.
