How it works

  1. Pick a label type & preset. Choose thermal, envelope, individual, or sheet template and the right size.
  2. Enter sender and recipient. Paste or type both addresses, or use saved entries from Address Book.
  3. Adjust placement. Drag the dashed boxes in the preview; use Reset if you need the defaults back.
  4. Generate. Click Generate PDF for a print-ready file sized to your selection.

FAQ

Switch Label Type to Sheet Template, pick your Avery preset, and use the grid/drag handles to align. Reset will re-center the recipient box.

To keep the preview clean on small screens, grid lines are hidden on mobile but still applied for alignment and output.

Drag the green recipient outline. The return box stays at the top-left unless you move it separately.
