These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Cheat Label website, applications, and tools (collectively, the “Service”) operated by Cheat Label (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Cheat Label provides online tools for eCommerce sellers, including address label generation, barcode and QR code labels, thermal label conversion, PDF utilities, marketplace image tools, packing slip generation, and order invoice generation. Features may change, be added, or be removed at any time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

3. Your content and responsibilities

You are responsible for all information, files, addresses, order data, images, and other content you submit to the Service (“User Content”). You represent that:

  • You have the right to use and process User Content as submitted.
  • User Content does not violate any applicable law or third-party rights.
  • You will not submit unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content.

You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of labels, barcodes, QR codes, packing slips, invoices, and other outputs before printing, shipping, or sending them to customers or marketplaces.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including by automated scraping, excessive requests, or circumventing rate limits.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where permitted by law.
  • Use the Service to generate fraudulent shipping labels, counterfeit barcodes, or misleading documents.
  • Upload malware or content designed to harm the Service or other users.

We may suspend or block access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or pose a risk to the Service or others.

5. Client-side and server-side processing

Some tools run entirely in your browser; others send data to our servers to generate PDFs and previews. Details about how data is handled are described in our Privacy Policy. You should not submit sensitive information unless you are comfortable with the processing method used by the specific tool.

6. No professional advice

The Service is a productivity tool only. We do not provide legal, tax, accounting, shipping, or marketplace compliance advice. You are responsible for compliance with carrier rules, marketplace policies, barcode standards, and applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

7. Intellectual property

  • Our property: the Service, including its software, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by Cheat Label or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
  • Your property: you retain ownership of User Content. You grant us a limited license to process User Content solely to operate and provide the Service.
  • Feedback: if you submit suggestions or feedback, we may use them without obligation to you.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR THAT OUTPUTS WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THIRD-PARTY SPECIFICATIONS (INCLUDING MARKETPLACE, CARRIER, OR BARCODE STANDARDS).

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHEAT LABEL AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Cheat Label and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your User Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

11. Third-party services and links

The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services, libraries, or websites. We are not responsible for third-party services, their content, or their privacy practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

12. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. When we update these Terms, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes may also be noted on the Service. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or other users.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where prohibited by the laws of your jurisdiction.
